- Advance.AI
Purpose: Compares your live photo with submitted ID documents to prevent identity fraud and support compliance with BSP anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
Data Used: Selfie and ID image - solely for biometric 1:1 verification.
- Alibaba Cloud
Purpose: Provides encrypted, temporary hosting of ID and selfie images used during identity validation.
Data Handling: All uploads use HTTPS encryption; content is automatically deleted within 70 days.

- Identity Verification, Loan Assessment, and Risk Control: Data is retained for up to 4 years after your last service activity to comply with legal obligations and mitigate fraud.
- Marketing and Behavioral Analysis: Data is kept for up to 2 years after collection. Should you withdraw consent, this data will be promptly deleted.
- Secure Disposal: Upon expiry of the retention period or upon your valid request, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data.
